Due to the weight of most standard/large-sized tablets and the leverage produced while mounted, this model SHOULD NOT BE MOUNTED TO DASHBOARD SURFACES. Possible de-lamination of the dashboard could occur due to concentrated pressure under the suction cup area.

Description

The Maxx Mount automobile mount (AM-STB) was designed to hold most standard or large-sized tablets for mobile use. It offers maximum placement flexibility for installing in automobile windshield locations. Product parts are constructed of rugged polycarbonate and/or nylon. Each mount also features a 360º articulating ball and socket joint that utilizes an unbreakable cast aluminum socket. The “Maxx” in Maxx Mount is not only our name, it’s also the way our mounts were engineered to look and perform.

Product Features:
Patent-pending, the adjustable gripping system holds standard and large tablets, either with or without any type of case covering the device, enabling convenient insertion and/or removal from the mounting head. A non-scratch pad on the mount head allows for damage-free securing of your mobile device without a case. Sticks securely to windshields by combining durable adhesion with suction. The patented, reusable adhesive pad on the bottom of the suction cup firmly adheres to windshield surfaces even before the suction cup is locked down. A multi-adjustable, telescopic mount head can be positioned 360º in any direction. Designed and tested to perform optimally under most environmental conditions.

The recommended operating temperature range is from -10ºF to 115ºF  (-23ºC to 46ºC).

    Just wanted to let everybody know that aside from being the only mount that can fit a tablet, this holder is built very strong. I think think I have ever seen a mount this solid and it sure holds my Samsung tablet like a vise. i love it.

    I have been using this mount for almost a year now and it has never let me down. It was the only one I could find that would hold a 12″ tablet without looking like it would break. I have to say that I was right and this mount has performed as good or even better than I thought it would. I am giving it 5 stars out of 5.

    I bought one of these at the Iowa 80 store in Walcott. Haven’t seen them anywhere else. Thought I would leave a quick review as I have found this tablet mount to be exceptional which is rare in these days of poorly designed equipment. It took me a while to figure out how to leave a review rating on this site since it is not obvious.

    Getting on to the review, the mounting product is easy to use and worked right out of the box. I have been using it now in my RV for over a year and have found it to be indispensable and extremely useful. Bottom line is it works as promised and I can’t imagine trying to use my tablet without it. This must be the best mount product made so 5 stars all the way and I wish I could give it more.

    Aside form the fact that their arent any full size tablet mounts out there, I wanted to let everyone know that this mount works great. it holds the weight of my full size iPad and has never let go. I don’t know how they do it but they figured it out. get this mount if you need a great tablet mount that works like you would expect.
