Lifetime Warranty, Limited Lifetime Warranty and Liability Notice
Uncomplicated Warranty Summary
For those who prefer not to read tedious legal language, we offer this simple summary of our warranty terms: Manufacturer defects are covered by the warranty, and part replacement is our offered remedy. Wear and tear from product usage is not covered under the warranty. Example: when the tread of new tires wears off, the tire manufacturer will not replace the tire under warranty. All parts of every mount we make are covered by our lifetime warranty with the exception of the suction cup base, which carries a 1 year warranty. We recommend replacing the suction cup base every year to maintain the highest level of mount performance.
Product warranty is offered to the purchaser conditioned upon the purchaser’s acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein.
Notice and Waiver of Liability:
We advise the users of our products to never use mobile equipment to communicate via SMS (text messaging) while their vehicle is in motion. Maxx Mount LLC neither assumes nor accepts any liability for any type of damages, injuries or any other losses sustained from the use or misuse of our products. Maxx Mount products should not be used in such a manner as to distract the vehicle operator from the safe and proper operation of vehicles or other devices, or to create any safety hazards.
When Coverage Begins and How Long it Lasts:
Maxx Mount products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. We warrant that from the date of purchase from us directly, from an authorized dealer, or from a retailer as evidenced in the form of a receipt whether in digital or physical format, all parts that corporately comprise the mount shall be warrantied with a limited lifetime warranty that will be in force for the lifetime of the mount, with the sole exception of the suction cup on mounts so equipped. The suction cup part of the product shall be warrantied with a manufacturers limited warranty for a period of 12 months. Coverage begins from the date of original purchase as indicated on proof of purchase. Warranty is not transferable and is the sole remediation for the original purchaser.
What the Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers any defects in manufacture or the premature demise or functioning of product due to factory or material defect.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
Defects or damages in product that arise from purchaser mishandling, alteration or modification of the product, abuse, misuse, neglect, carelessness, accident, deterioration from wear or exposure, or using the product in an unrecommended application will not be covered by warranty. Additionally, any damage that would not have occurred if the instructions and guidelines on the package back panel had been observed as specified. Any type of personal injury, consequential or incidental damages to mounted equipment or any other personal property are not recoverable under the terms of this warranty.
What Maxx Mount Will Do:
We will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge during the warranty period. If during such period the product is found to exhibit a manufacturers’ defect and is subsequently determined by Maxx Mount to be faulty, we will at our discretion fully replace said defective components. Or, based on time elapsed since purchase we may elect to offer a complete product replacement with or without a defective product exchange. The purchaser is obligated to pay for product shipping to Maxx Mount if deemed necessary to return to manufacturer for examination or exchange. Cost of shipping replacement components or product back to the purchaser will be covered by Maxx Mount under this warranty.
How to Obtain Service:
If something goes wrong with your mount, call or email Maxx Mount Customer Service. If it is determined by Customer Service that it is necessary for the product to be returned to us, then send it postage paid with a brief written description of the problem, your return address to:

Upon receipt of your returned product, we will inspect your item(s) and contact you within 72 hours to provide the results of our inspection. For user caused damages, we will provide an estimate of charges required to fix the mount if any should be required. Upon your authorization and payment, if required, we will return the repaired product to you within 72 hours.
Warranty as it Pertains to Applicable State Laws:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
